Only in New York
For those of you who are following the cat trapped in wall in New York story, we thought you might be interested to know that the scene of the accident is around the corner from our apartment. There have been news vans and reporters stationed on the block for the past three days straight. There are so many reporters and spectators that I have had to adjust my walk to work.
Although I'm sad for the cat, I don't understand why this is national newsworthy.
P.S. Happy 59th Birthday, Laurie!
