Do you know the way to Santa Fe?

We just got back from a wonderful weekend in New Mexico. After spending a month and a half straight in New York, we were desperately in need of some honk-free air. And boy did we get it!

Look at the attached picture. Have you ever seen two happier people?

Don't get me wrong: we love New York. But we were getting a little sick of the traffic, the congestion and all the gosh darn people. Nothing like the Rio Grande to heal the pain.

We had a wonderful weekend chillin' at the Browns, eating delicious meals and celebrating at a wedding in Santa Fe.

And now it's back to the grind. Elliott's in his third week of school and loving it. Maybe one day he'll actually post something to the blog. He's the writer, after all. As for me, I'm still bringing home the bacon. And speaking of which, check out the picture of my little piggy at the New Mexico State Fair.
